The Cottages of Paradise Point

For twenty years, eight colorful cottages at 452 Estero Boulevard welcomed guests back to the Gulf, until Hurricane Ian took them all in 2022. Marvin Homes is now rebuilding Paradise Point as individually designed beach homes, raised 15 feet on concrete pilings and engineered for 160 mph winds, from $2.6 million.

The Captiva Model
